The Silvio and Sally J. Ingui Charitable Trust supports charities that aid underprivileged children, homeless populations, the hungry, and animal welfare. We partner with terrific nonprofit organizations that offer:
- Youth and Family Support
- Animal Shelters
- Food Banks and Pantries
- Affordable Housing
- Health and Human Services
Though this is the trust’s primary focus, our 501(3)(c) will consider any charity that is consistent with our mission and operates fiscally responsibly.

How to Request a Donation
The Trust donates to charitable organizations that align with our mission and operate responsibly. We seek organizations that meet the following criteria:
- 501(c)(3) nonprofit or tax-exempt status
- Serve children and families, the homeless and the hungry
- Protect animal welfare
- Provide direct benefits to the populations they serve
- Allow an examination of their financials

Approval and Notification Process
The Trust will review requests using the criteria listed and will notify charities of distribution decisions via formal letters.
